Hi there, I'm Cindy, and I joined Village Green in July 2022 as the Executive Director (Manager) in Rockwall, Texas. I bring a diverse skill set to the community, with certifications as a Life Coach, Anger Management specialist, Licensed Activity Director focusing on Memory Care, and Alzheimer's support Facilitator. My educational background includes a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Healthcare Administration, and I've been immersed in the Healthcare Industry since 2011.
My journey into this profession was deeply personal, spurred by the experiences of caring for my parents. Losing my mother to Alzheimer's and later supporting my father through the same disease ignited a passion within me for Memory Care. I find immense fulfillment in seeing individuals in our community happy, engaged, and maintaining their dignity and independence. For me, Memory Care isn't just a job— it's a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
