Chasity Fralin

Hello there! I’m Chasity, your dedicated Resident Care Manager here at Village Green Memory Care Community. With a whopping 17 years of experience in the medical field under my belt, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—from major hospitals to assisted living facilities, mental health facilities, and nursing homes. Most recently, I served as an ENT nurse at North Cypress Hospital, where I honed my skills in pain management, cardiology, orthopedics, ER, urgent care, and more.

My journey has been enriched with certifications in CPR, medical assisting, x-ray tech, phlebotomy, EKG, Med tech, customer service, billing, and coding, just to name a few. But it’s not just about the clinical side of things—I’ve also spent over seven years in leadership roles, where I’ve had the privilege of training and mentoring staff. Along the way, I’ve been recognized for my dedication with above and beyond rewards and have even had the honor of being invited to speak at several hospital banquets on proper patient care.
