Hey there, I'm Charity Trull, and I'm honored to serve as the Executive Director (Manager) at Village Green in McKinney, Texas. My journey into healthcare began right out of high school when I stepped into the role of Residential Therapist at JEN MHMR. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion for caring for others, particularly the elderly, while also working full-time at a group home.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to my role at Village Green. What truly fuels me every day are my amazing husband and children, who inspire me to be the best version of myself. When I'm not busy at work, you'll often find me soaking up precious moments with my family and close friends. I have a deep appreciation for the outdoors and love going on road trips and exploring new places.
One thing you'll quickly learn about me is that I never meet a stranger—I have a natural knack for connecting with others and lending a helping hand whenever I can. It's my genuine pleasure to make a positive impact in the lives of those around me, both professionally and personally.
