My name is Amber Hernandez, and I am a dedicated professional with over seven years of experience in the assisted living and memory care field. I have built a well-rounded career centered on compassionate, resident-focused care and a deep commitment to serving seniors.
My journey in senior living has allowed me to grow through multiple roles, including Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medication Technician, Care Coordinator, and Business Office support. Each position has strengthened my clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, and passion for enhancing the quality of life for every resident I serve.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong understanding of both the clinical and operational aspects of senior care communities. From providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living to managing medications, coordinating care plans, and supporting administrative functions, I bring a comprehensive and team-oriented approach to my work.
I am proud to have earned my Texas Administrator Certification, further expanding my ability to lead teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of care and service.
