Together, Nish and Sabir have dedicated their lives to redefining dementia care through smaller, thoughtfully designed communities where compassion, dignity, and meaningful relationships come first. Sabir's architectural vision and hands-on experience, combined with Nish's passion for leadership and resident-centered care, have shaped every Village Green community into a place where residents are truly known, valued, and loved.

For Nish and Sabir, Village Green is far more than a profession. It is their life's purpose. Every resident becomes part of their extended family, and every community reflects their commitment to creating environments where people living with memory loss can experience comfort, connection, and joy. Their mission remains the same today as it was with the very first community: to care for every resident with kindness, respect, and unwavering compassion while supporting families through every step of the journey.
