Erin Hobson

Hello everyone! I’m Erin Hobson, and I am truly honored to step into the role of Manager of Resident Care here at Village Green.

My journey in senior living began when I was just 17 years old, and it didn’t take long for me to realize this was so much more than a job—it was a calling. The relationships I built early on with residents and their families left a lasting impact on me and shaped the way I approach care today. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to be part of creating environments where seniors feel safe, valued, and truly at home.

For me, this work is all about connection—showing up with compassion, patience, and heart, and making sure every resident feels seen, heard, and cared for in a meaningful way. I am passionate about building strong, supportive teams and creating a community where both residents and families feel a deep sense of comfort and trust.

Outside of the community, my world revolves around my family. My husband, Tyler, and I have four wonderful school-aged children who keep life full, busy, and incredibly rewarding. You can usually find me out in the garden, skating with my kids, or spending time together as a family. I also love exploring local thrift stores and antique shops—there’s something special about finding those hidden gems and giving them new life.
