My grandmother is a current resident at the Cottage and the employees and administration has gone far above and beyond all expectations I had regarding the care provided. Zarah, the executive director, has gone far out of her way to make sure that my grandmother's PERSONAL needs are met! She communicates with me personally on a daily basis, and you can just tell that she truly cares for the residents' and their families. On top of the outstanding level of compassion, this facility provides the residents with an extensive list of activities designed to fit the needs of each individual resident! I haven't seen my grandmother as happy as she is now in a very long time.

However, since the new ownership has been in place, my parents, siblings, and I have been exceedingly pleased. Zahra seems to make every effort possible to ensure that each and every resident is treated with love, respect, and dignity. She goes through painstaking measures to screen and hire Caregivers who share in her vision of caring for their residents. I am amazed at the personal, attentive care given by all staff at The Cottage of Spring Branch. It has a "homey" feel. The owner is extremely hands-on. She personally sees to it that residents are loved like family. Meals are prepared fresh with the mental and physical well-being of the residents in mind. The building and landscape are beautiful, but the compassion shown to those residing in the building far outweigh that beauty. And that's what matters when considering a new home for your loved one. I would highly recommend The Cottage to my family and friends. You will be in good hands.
